People in North Carolina are friendly and helpful, but as purchasers new to the Waynesville area, Keller Williams went the extra mile. They were truly magnificent. With their knowledge of the local market, they steered us away from more expensive properties because they were either overpriced or had some hidden problems, and then negotiated an exceptionally good deal for us. Every question we asked was answered by return, and every (potential) problem we had was solved with a quick phone call. We couldn't have asked for better service, and have absolutely NO hesitation in recommending them. They were really great.
