As a first-time home buyer, Holly was helpful in answering all my initial questions when I was deciding on a buying agent. She has vast experience in the area and in addition to showing me properties, also took alternative routes to each and gave detailed overview and recommendations of shops/stores/restaurants in each town. I had a good idea of what I wanted in a house and read up on red flags to look for, but Holly’s expertise in identifying certain features and potential issues at each property was useful and helped me to formulate what I really prioritized (which was hard to do until I started physically looking at properties).

The home buying process was nerve-wracking, but Holly was great in offering advice on how to approach each situation while also valuing my perspective. Overall, I’m very happy with my home purchase and Holly made the process much easier than I originally anticipated.

I hired Ron both to purchase a home for my father in 2022, then regrettably when we sold after his passing 7 months later. I highly recommend Ron either as a listing agent or purchasing agent. In fact, when it came time to sell, there was no hesitation going back to Ron, who not only delivered great service, but was terrific during our time of loss. In short, Ron was phenomenal. He would often caution on matters out of concern for us during the purchase, and he knows Maggie Valley well! Always responsive, and always pleasant to work with. You cannot go wrong with this man.

Ron and his team have helped my husband and I previously when purchasing and selling a home. He was our obvious choice when deciding it was time to downsize. Unfortunately, my husband passed before Ron found the perfect house for me. He and his team did research on the builder, property, etc, and made sure everything went smoothly through closing.
